Departure: 7:30 am Return: 2:00 pm. The tour starts from Drake Bay by boat to the Sierpe river mouth where the mangrove forest begins. Then we take a four hour journey upriver through the mangrove channels, spotting waterfowl, crocodiles and mammals common to this forest. After we take lunch in the town of Sierpe, either a picnic in the community park or in one of the restaurants in the area (as desired by the guests). After lunch we take a 1 hour boat ride back to Drake Bay. (Optional: Kayaking through the mangroves).
